The quantitative survey has been completed, and the review is entering the next phase: qualitative group interviews with groups of students and staff.

Group interviews will take place in March

According to the original process plan, the majority of the group interviews were supposed to take place in February. However, convening everyone has proven difficult, so the group interviews will now stretch into March. Falck Healthcare will contact the students and staff that they would like to invite to participate in a group interview.

You can see which interviews Falck has planned in the updated process plan at the bottom of the article.

Data will be treated confidentially and only by Falck Healthcare

The conversations in the qualitative interviews will not be transcribed. Falck Healthcare will summarise the overall themes so none of what is said in the interviews can be traced back to the participants.

As previously stated, Falck Healthcare is responsible for all parts of the review process, including the processing of data. The department does not have access to this data.

Report with recommendations to be published in April

Once the entire survey has been completed, Falck Healthcare will submit a report with recommendations based on both the quantitative and qualitative results of the survey. The report will likely be ready sometime in April.

You will, of course, be informed about the report's conclusions and recommendations. And your representatives in relevant departmental forums will be involved in the follow-up work related to initiatives and changes prompted by the survey.

Contact

If this email or the review in general gives rise to questions or doubts, you are welcome to reach out to Head of Department Siri Beier Jensen or to chief psychologist Jacob Vindbjerg Nissen, jvni@falck.dk, who is our contact person at Falck Healthcare.
