In connection with parental leave, adoption or the like, you should be aware that there are various guidelines and forms depending on the specific circumstances.

SDD - Staff development dialogue

SDD – the staff development dialogue - is your opportunity to have an annual dialogue with your immediate supervisor on your work situation and career plans. This may e.g. include:

 

  • alignment of expectations in relation to work tasks
  • academic and career objectives
  • competency development
  • cooperative relations
  • well-being

WPA - Workplace Assessment

In 2025, Aarhus University will conduct the triennial Workplace Assessment (WPA).

At the department, an WPA follow-up group has been established, consisting of the following members:

  • Head of Department Siri Beier Jensen
  • Day-to-day Occupational Health and Safety Manager David Kraft
  • Department Secretary and Deputy Chair of the Local Occupational Health and Safety Committee (LAMU) Birgitte Reggelsen
  • Dental Assistant and Deputy Chair of the Local Liaison Committee (LSU) Linda Fisher

The follow-up group is supported by Management Consultant Niels-Martin Tellefsen

The purpose of the follow-up group is to represent LAMU and LSU and make recommendations for decisions by the department management in relation to WPA 2025. The group has the following specific tasks:

  • Preparing a timeline and process plan for the department in connection with WPA 2025.
  • Discussing participants in the WPA
  • Discussing changes in the organizational hierarchy.
  • Following up on action plans.
  • Evaluating the WPA process.
