About the staff association
About the staff association
The staff association at the Department of Dentistry and Oral Health is for all employees at the Department of Dentistry and Oral Health who want to meet with colleagues for social events. The purpose of the staff association is to create good social events for employees at the department and promote social and professional contact between members.
Above you will be able to keep up with the events.
Visit Moesgaard Museum for free
Visit Moesgaard Museum for free
As a member of the Staff Association, you have the opportunity to book up to two tickets per day to Moesgaard Museum, allowing you to visit the museum free of charge.
Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticket grants admission to one person.
In addition to admission to Moesgaard Museum, the tickets also provide:
- 10% discount in the museum shop
- 10% discount at the Moesgaard Café
- 20% discount on guided tours
How to book your tickets:
- Check whether tickets are available on your preferred date by adding “Personaleforening IOOS” to your Outlook calendar (in the same way as you would check if a meeting room is available). Please also be aware of any museum closing days and check the Moesgaard Museum website before booking.
- Send an email to personaleforening.ioos@dent.au.dk with the following information:
- Number of tickets (maximum 2)
- Date of your visit
- AU email address
- The tickets will then be sent to your AU email address as soon as possible and should be presented upon arrival at Moesgaard Museum.
The tickets are valid for one day only, and each member may have only one active ticket booking at a time.

For a new job outside Aarhus University
If you have taken a new job outside Aarhus University, you will automatically be resigned from the staff association.
For a new job at Aarhus University but not at the Department of Dentistry and Oral Health
If you have taken a new job elsewhere at Aarhus University, it is important that you make a resignation from the staff association yourself, otherwise membership fees will continue to be deducted from your salary.
Deregistration from the staff association must be done as soon as possible and in writing to the staff association's e-mail (personaleforening.ioos@dent.au.dk). Your resignation will take effect the following month.
